ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

You may order from this catalogue and mail your payment. Include the postage or delivery charge listed below. We do not have credit card facilities but direct deposits to our bank are fine (phone for details)

Mail, or e-mail your order. All are assigned in the order they are received. When compiling your order please use the plant's number and a unique part of the plant's name or colour, this allows us to double check your order when entering it into our computer system.
Substitutes. As some lines sell out, please add several plants to the substitutes list if this is your option

GETTING OUR PLANTS TO YOU
There are 4 options -:

1. Despatch by post.
Parcels are despatched early in the week to ensure they do not sit in the postal system over the weekend. You should expect your plants within 10-15 days from the time we receive your order, however, you may specify a date or a week for despatch and we will endeavour to meet with your request.
We have received many positive comments on the excellent condition in which our mail order plants have arrived.

We cannot send orders to Western Australia and Tasmania

2. Local Delivery.
Local Delivery. We provide a delivery service to a central location in major NSW Central Tablelands towns such as Bathurst, Orange, Blayney and The Blue Mountains , as we accumulate enough orders for that area. A charge of $10.00 per order is made for this service. All plants are packed in compost in boxes. We have found this an excellent way of moving and storing plants, as they need not be planted immediately upon arrival.

3. Southern Tablelands (Bowral area) and Illawarra Deliveries . A delivery trip is made to these areas in early May. You may prefer this option, as the plants are boxed in compost and can remain in the box until you are ready to plant out. There is a charge of $20.00 per order irrespective of the number of boxes, so this option is very attractive for larger orders.

4. Pickup at Nursery.
Previously ordered plants may be collected from the Nursery, please phone at least 10 days ahead so the plants can be dug before you arrive. Please read general information at front carefully
