Agathis Robusta or Queensland Kauri Pine is a large tree suited to parkland situations or larger gardens.

Reaching a height of up to 30m although often less in cultivation it will form a crown of around 7m Deep green leathery foliage is attractive, however the trunk is tall once established and the tree is grown for its overall stature.

Excellent as a specimne tree in a large park or garden, widely used on golf courses and around sporting grounds. Also useful as a sceening tree and a large windbreak tree. The root system has proved not to be invasive for such a large tree.
