WHOLESALE LILAC NURSERIES
Lilac or Syringa are used for their sweet fragrant flowers. With many varieties being offered by growers in Australia the common lilac or Syringa vulgaris is but one of the plants wholesalers offer.
Grown as a small shrub or tree it is mainly the cultivars that are offered by growers. Flower colour vary from pure white through to pinks and reds as well as the popular purple varieties.
Generally all lilacs are hardy easy to grow plants, heavily scented flowers and attractive foliage. Some are much smaller growing than others and different wholesalers will offer varying cultivars. Some such as Syringa proto lactiniata ‘Kabul’ with its fine foliage are only offered by specialist and rare plant nurseries.
