These little beauties are in very short supply, in some cases less than 10 plants are available. Most stock has been seed raised and flowered prior to sales to ensure it is true. There is a strict limit of one plant, per genus, per customer (unless otherwise specified) to share these lovely items around. Order early to avoid disappointment.




Dicentra cucullaria: *New Very rare variety. Superb creamy white blooms,
occasionally with a pink tinge. Larger blooms with strong reflexed petals.

Dodecatheon jeffreyi: Growing up to 60cm, the lovely cyclamen like flowers
come from late spring to early summer. Prefers a slightly shaded position. Lush green spathe-like leaves sit low to the ground.

Dodecatheon meadia: A variable species native to the U.S. Smaller grower
than Jeffreyi reaching around 40cm in height. Flowers can be either mid pink,
mauve, or white.

Filipendula purpurea: Lovely large maple-like leaves with frilly clusters of
pink-purple blooms similar to the crepe myrtle. Grows roughly 45cm in height.
Prefers a moist but well drained position.

Gladiolus flanaganii: Commonly known as the suicide lily due to the crazy
stunts people go to for that happy snap. Native to cliff faces in South Africa,
this very rare Gladioli has superb deep red blooms. Each individual flower lasts for roughly 24hrs. A true little treasure.

Peony tenuifolia: Lovely fern Peony. Foilage is very fern like in appearance, with superb small bright red blooms. Truly amazing and different. We find most Species Peonies flower very freely.

Podophylum hexandrum: Commonly known as the Himalayan May apple. Lovely deep green hellebore-like foliage with a distinct bronze flush over them. Superb little cup-like flowers appear in spring followed by bright red seed pods. Woodland plant.

Sanguinaria canadensis: A lovely woodland perennial from North America and more temperate parts of Canad a. In the poppy family, the crystal white flowers are born on 20cm stems, with bright yellow stamens. A large clover like leaf encompasses the flower stem. Superb.

HAEMANTHUS humilis ‘Quanti Form’ NEW: A rare beauty with blooms similar to a Scadoxus. Large balls of mid to rich pink flowers in a traditional paint brush style from early Autumn. Highly sought after and truly amazing. Huge leaves. Several years from flowering.
